Early Spin Charlie

For those of you who want it all, Early Spin is the class for you! Take a ride on specially designed stationary bicycles - unlike any other, challenging not only your physical strength but mental strength too! This class is taught by professional trainer, Charlie Proper on Tuesday and Thursday at 5 a.m. Each class is limited to thirteen (13) participants.

The intensity of the workout is regulated by the amount of resistance you apply to the flywheel of the Spin bicycle. Talk about caloric burn and lower body muscle endurance as well as cardio fitness! No impact, participants have the freedom to make their workout as challenging as they want. Everyone is encouraged to ride at their own pace and enjoy the journey.

Proper will guide participants through their ride, describing hills, simulating the terrain, jump, run and sprint and teach all the basics, developing beginners to new levels they probably thought weren’t possible. Individualized attention is given throughout each class.

Spinning is a fantastic cardiovascular exercise, training aerobically without undue stress to the joints. Individuals will burn calories, increase their heart rate and enjoy a fun challenging hour of fitness. Challenge your body and take your mind for a ride.

The only requirement for spinning is having a towel and water at each class. Comfortable light workout clothing and tennis shoes are important too. Spinning can be for just about everyone. Register today and join the ride!
