Chief Troy Tanner and the Mesquite Police Department would like to thank all of those who donated time, candy, and money to the 4th Annual Trunk or Treat. Due to the economy this year’s event almost didn’t happen but with the efforts of Sergeant Scott Taylor, Officer Darin Wilkins, and Officer Jeffrey Smith who donated several hours of their time to get this event off the ground made it a success. “It takes a lot of time, effort, and energy for an event like this” said Chief Tanner, “I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who contributed money, Candy, and volunteered to participate:”
