Sweatin to the Oldies

Come workout to nothing but great, oldies, music! This class is a mixture of core conditioning, dance, and more. Perfect for the exerciser who likes to have fun!!!

Through Sweatin’ to Oldies, you will learn how to boost your self-confidence and tone your body for great definition. It is a great form of exercise that helps to increase fitness, flexibility, strength, stamina, poster and endurance. The inner soul is drawn
forth and expressed through movement which will help in the development of coordination, balance, agility, flexibility and rhythmic ability.

The Mesquite Recreation and Parks Department is offering Sweatin’ to Oldies every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m. This class is held at the Mesquite Deuce Room 25, 150 N. Yucca St.

Please wear comfortable clothing, sneakers and of course don’t forget your sweatband! Also, bring a bottle water and towel. This class is for adults of age 18 and older who like to dance to get fit, have fun and learn a new confidence-boosting skill! Betty King will be instructing this class.
