Yoga Classes Offered at Various Times

The Mesquite Recreation and Parks Department is offering Yoga classes various times of the week starting April 4, 2011. The 10 a.m. class is held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The 2:30 p.m. class is held every Tuesday and Thursday.

Professional Instructor, Mandy Muir will teach you the basic stances and poses making you familiar with the names of each as she continuously flow from one posture to the next. This class is great for new and continuing students!

Additionally, yoga exercise is the best way to boost the body's energy by releasing tension in the muscles as well as improving the blood circulation and lymphatic drainages. Deep breathing combined with stretching increases the oxygen in the system and rejuvenates all of the body's cells, giving you more energy.

Yoga increases stamina and strength! Combat stress and develop flexibility, while toning and strengthening your body. Yoga is appropriate for all ages and can be modified according to your age, physique, and health profile. This class will be taught at the Mesquite Deuce Suite #3, 150 N. Yucca St.
