- Covers one family per household. (For more information, request information on dependenty eligibility coverage.)
- For 911 life threatening use ONLY - does not apply to requests for personal health related responses or transports.
- For Mesquite residents only.
- Does not preclude billing your insurance companies. It is our policy to bill your primary and secondary insurance companies first.
- Cost: $125.00 per calendar year.
To apply, fill in an application at the Mesquite Fire & Rescue Office or Mesquite City Hall.
