Information Technology Division Mission Statement
Through coordinated efforts of all City departments, the Information Technology Division will implement and maintain quality information technology that effectively and efficiently delivers government services in an affordable manner.
The Government of the City of Mesquite exists to serve the residents of Mesquite and the Information Technology division assists in providing those services. As people continue to use technology such as the Internet, email, cell phones, text messaging, video conferencing to communicate with the City, the IT division assists the City employees in understanding the technology and using it to improve the services to the community. The IT division will continue to provide and promote high quality technology solutions to the City of Mesquite and its residents.
